Welcome to Aftercardly (aftercardly.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. They're written to be short and readable — if anything is unclear, email us at yaoyanweb@gmail.com.

1. The service

Aftercardly provides browser-based generators that let beauty professionals create branded aftercare cards and client consent & intake forms, and download them as print-ready PDF or image files. The tools are free to use without an account. Free exports carry a small watermark.

2. Pro upgrades

Optional one-time upgrades remove the watermark and unlock extra features:

• Card Pro — $14 one-time: removes the watermark on aftercare cards and unlocks the premium card designs.
• Form Kit — $29 one-time: removes the watermark on all consent-form generators and also includes everything in Card Pro.

Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Each license may be activated on up to 3 devices. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; your license key is delivered by email after checkout.

3. Refunds

If a purchase didn't work as expected, email us within 14 days of purchase at yaoyanweb@gmail.com with your license key or receipt, and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

4. Your content

Everything you type into the generators (your business details, instructions, logo) is yours. The cards and forms you create are yours to use commercially in your business — print them, text them, hand them to clients. We claim no rights over your output, and because generation happens in your browser, we never receive it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to create misleading or unlawful documents, don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the license system, and don't resell the generators themselves as your own service.

6. Not professional advice

The default aftercare instructions and consent/intake templates are general starting points for convenience. They are not medical, legal or insurance advice. Requirements vary by location — review your documents with your insurer and, where appropriate, a qualified professional, and adapt the wording to your own products and local rules. You are responsible for the documents you use in your business.

7. Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 if you only used the free tools).

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
